Vishal Mahadevia
Board Member

Vishal Mahadevia is a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus India Private Limited and focuses on Warburg Pincus investment activities in India. He has over 15 years of private equity investing experience and was previously with Greenbriar Equity Group, a fund focused on the transportation sector. Prior to that, Mr. Mahadevia worked at Three Cities Research, Inc., a New York based private equity fund, and as a consultant with McKinsey & Co.

He received a B.S. in economics with a concentration in finance and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a director of Gangavaram Port Limited, Alliance Tire Company Limited and IMC Limited.
