Tim is currently Vice President of Business Development at Turner Industries, responsible for expanding his company's geographic presence in the southeastern United Sates.

Tim has almost 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has held several senior leadership roles in business development, operations, management, and strategy development. His success in developing sustainable long-term contractual relationships with Fortune 500 clients has been demonstrated throughout his career in his current position, as well as during his 16 years at CRS Sirrine Engineers and his 17 years at AMEC.

Tim's experience has focused on the power, food processing, pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, general manufacturing, and pulp & paper industries. He is accomplished in developing and expanding new markets through organic growth and acquisition, and has extensive expertise in forming both sales and operations teams to serve clients.

Tim holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Virginia Technical University and earned his MBA from the University of Georgia.
