Winners of Design Contest

QuEST took pride in having Tech Month 2011 in June; an entire month dedicated to celebrating QuEST's passion for engineering.

QuEST is "Born to Engineer" and each one of us is driven by the "Passion for Engineering". These were the key themes around which the month was celebrated globally. The month was inaugurated by Dr. Prahlada of DRDO, an icon in the Indian defence industry. This was followed by hi inspirational talk, several fun filled (yet brain stimulating) events – crosswords, puzzles, design contests, tech talks, lunch & learn, museum visits, model building and hardware display. A majority of these events were replicated globally – most importantly, everyone enjoyed what they did and learnt a lot in the process. The month concluded with the technology Symposium and a talk by Dr.Gopichand (GE) on innovation.

Several new tools/technologies (such as video display of the events of the week) and online registration for events were tried and tested. Overall, a great sense of satisfaction for the TEG team on the participation and enthusiasm shown by each individual in QuEST.
