Rajendra Kumar Shreemal is a Chief Financial Officer(CFO) at QuEST Global. He looks after Financial Planning; Commercial, Legal & Corporate Affairs; Investor Relationship; and Corporate taxation. Rajendra joined QuEST Global in February 2012 with more than 17 years of professional experience in the areas of Business strategy, Business Finance, Risk management, Currency strategy, Corporate Finance, Investments and Borrowings, Credit Rating, Analyst and Investor strategy, M&A, Large Deals structuring, FP&A (Financial Planning and Analytics) and IT Enablement. Prior to joining QuEST, Rajendra was leading Corporate Treasury and Investors Relations of Wipro Limited as a Senior Vice President. At Wipro, Rajendra had held leadership positions of various functions such as Enterprise Solutions (as a CFO), Business Finance for Americas, Financial Planning & Analysis etc. He has also spent 3 years in the USA where he handled large deals structuring, contract negotiations, account strategy and sales management. Rajendra, a fluent public speaker, holds Bachelors of Commerce degree from Osmania University, India. He is a certified Chartered Accountant and a certified Cost Accountant. He has undergone an extensive course in Private Equity at Indian School of Business. He also holds an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. |
