QuEST Global is the key sponsor of the NASSCOM Global Engineering Leadership Summit 2009

The NASSCOM Global Engineering Leadership Summit 2009 was held on the 17th-18th of November in Mumbai, showcasing global and local opportunities in Engineering Services and the opportunities available for India to build a US$50 billion plus market by 2020.

QuEST Global was one of the key sponsors of the two day event which hosted a congregation of thought leaders, industry stalwarts, OEMs discussing the ESO scenario. Dr. Ajay Prabhu (Chief Operating Officer) and Mr. Bejoy George (CMO) chaired two sessions on "Strategies for the age of uncertainty: Managing global demand-supply challenges" and "Leveraging India in the ES Value chain" respectively.

The first session, chaired by Dr. Ajay Prabhu covered how India is evolving as a destination for engineering, and needs to take advantage of its demographics and play a leadership role in creating win-win platform for the age on uncertainty. The second session, which was chaired by Mr. Bejoy George, had case studies being presented by Pratt & Whitney & GE on how they are leveraging the ES value chain and seeking to reduce costs and shorten lengthy design cycles.
