The Technology Excellence Group (TEG) has been set up at QuEST with one simple aim: to achieve the most respected solutions provider status through technical excellence.
Founded on the four building blocks of:
- Knowledge Management
- Engineering Processes
This group comprises of technical experts, knowledge champions, principal engineers, reviewers and contributors who collaborate, forecast, improve and implement strategies that emerge out of the various initiatives undertaken by TEG.
Museum visits, design contests, Lunch & Learn sessions are some of the platforms for learning, showcasing and awarding talent and ideas that go beyond the normal.
Ideas Portal: At QuEST we believe that a good idea can be contributed by anyone across business verticals or enabling functions. We encourage out-of-the-box thinking and provide the requisite mechanisms to capture ideas that could prove to be tomorrow's game changer. The Ideas portal promotes a culture of innovating thinking, and is a repository of invaluable knowledge and path breaking ideas. No idea goes unnoticed. Every idea captured is evaluated on various business parameters in a rigorous process before it is formally launched.

"QuEST is my first employer and my association with QuEST goes back to year 2000 when I joined QuEST after graduation. It has been successful journey of more than decade (11 years).More
In doing so, we build these skills and are provided the opportunity of professional growth within the company and are able to adapt to constantly evolving customer needs. I started with QuEST in East Hartford, CT in July of 2009. My Statement of Work (SOW) was with Pratt & Whitney, providing project engineering support for the GP7000 engine program.
In June 2010, I transferred to a new SOW at Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems in San Diego, CA. In San Diego I moved up to become a Team Lead while supporting my continued support of project engineering for military programs. I am now in the process of becoming a Group Lead, overseeing all projects in Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems. QuEST has provided me with the opportunity to grow within the company both professionally and personally. ".Close
