Gazelles - The Leadership Forum

'GAZELLES' the leadership forum of QuEST Global was launched in January 2009. Prior to the formal launch, 80 members from the leadership team, underwent a day long training program by Dr. Verne Harnish, universally acknowledged as Growth Guru, author of best selling book "Mastering the Rockefeller habits" in November last year. The group is being called 'GAZELLES' (Gazelles are a type of deer known for their great agility and speed, which represents the spirit of this group). GAZELLES team is governed by a set of guiding principles and works in a truly boundary-less fashion to collectively learn and implement global best practices required for High Growth organizations through business critical projects and initiatives for QuEST Global.

Since January, this leadership group have been meeting monthly to arrive at top organizational priorities and formulating strategies for accomplishing the same. The focused efforts of the team has contributed significantly in the CMMI Level 3 achievement for QuEST Global.
