QuEST enjoys a fun-filled evening

'Galaata 2009', the Annual Day at QuEST was celebrated with as much gusto and vigour as always. But this year was something special. There were pre-Galaata events lined up over a period of one month as a run-up to the main event. These were fun-filled competitions among the different CoEs which took place every week namely, Festivals of India, QuEST Treasure hunt, QuEST Titles (QuEST Global Champ) and Environment Day.

The D-day theme was "Mission Fun" and it got totally justified with lots of cherished moments which almost 1000 employees and their family members witnessed. It was an evening filled with games, mesmerizing songs and dance performances. There were loads of exciting events like children's fancy dress and 'Wedlock Glam' where the married couples dressed up in their wedding outfits and walked on the stage with their respective spouses. Among the other participants were Dr. Ajay Prabhu and Aravind Melligeri too. This day displayed lots of hidden talents of our employees also.

This is the time of the year when the most coveted awards are given out. This year Sunil Deshpande (winner) and Tirumalai Subhash (runner-up) won the Employee of the Year awards in the Technical category. Sharatkumar Variyar (winner) and Gautam Sekhar (runner-up) walked away with the Employee of the Year awards in the Enablers category.

The evening ended with the DJ playing the latest chartbusters while the QuESTians couldn't stop themselves from hitting the dance floor and shaking a leg. A party cannot be complete without food and this one was no exception. Mouth-watering food gave the food lovers enough company!
