Frédéric Bonan

Frédéric is the CEO and founder of I-Deal Development, a strategy consulting and CEO coaching organization since 2005. He has facilitated many M&A transactions through this business and has displayed an ability to identify and drive strong growth of start-up companies.

Previously, Frédéric served as the CEO of Altran which he managed and led through all of its development phases, and under him the company experienced the most dynamic growth in Europe. The Altran Group turnover went from 30 M€ to 2 B€ under his leadership. His operations led him to buy-out over 250 small and medium organizations all across the globe, and he specially contributed to developing strategies for both its small and large companies.

He has also been chairman of Arthur D. Little and currently serves on the boards of several companies.

Frédéric holds an Aeronautics Engineering Ph.D. from ENSMA and holds a Marketing Management Master degree from ESSEC, one of the most prestigious French business schools.
