QuEST is committed to its employees, to the communities where our people live and work and to the environment. We understand that we have a responsibility to lead by example and be a good corporate citizen.

There are three strategic areas of focus for QuEST Global: Environment, Community and Education and we encourage our employees to volunteer in the several initiatives we have undertaken and actively participate in the welfare programs of the communities we operate in.

While we have numerous local community welfare initiatives, we are also in the process of building a strong framework for Women Engineers in our organization. Called WiE or the Women in Engineering program, this program aims at providing the right platform for women engineering graduates to utilize the opportunities given by QuEST and realize their full potential.
